Job Summary: We are seeking an in-house Website & Media Manager to oversee our website, product photography, digital marketing, order fulfillment, and customer service role. This job requires expertise in Shopify website building and management, jewelry product photography, email marketing, and customer service experience. Key Responsibilities: Shopify Website Management: Design, build, and maintain a visually appealing, high-converting Shopify store. Upload, optimize, and organize products, collections, and landing pages. Implement Shopify apps and integrations to enhance user experience and functionality. Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mobile responsiveness. Optimize SEO for products and collections to drive organic traffic. Manage integrations for Lightspeed POS, Mortar, Shopify, Klaviyo, Klarna, and Instagram. Jewelry Product Photography & Content Creation: Capture high-quality, detailed product photography showcasing fine jewelry. Edit images for consistency, clarity, and brand aesthetic using Photoshop/Lightroom. Color correction, provide multiple sizing formats, and editing photos. Create compelling lifestyle and e-commerce images to enhance product storytelling. Manage photography workflow, from staging to final editing and upload. Maintain an organized media library for website and marketing use. Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute Klaviyo email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales. Segment email lists, maintain automated flows, and analyze performance metrics. Design visually appealing email templates that align with brand aesthetics. Insert dynamic discounts. Collaborate on promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. Use data analytics to optimize open rates, conversions, and customer retention. Order Fulfillment & Customer Service: Process and manage order fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely shipping. Coordinate with customers and shipping carriers to track deliveries. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges via email and chat in a professional, friendly manner. Maintain a strong understanding of product details to provide accurate information and recommendations. Monitor customer feedback and work to enhance the overall shopping experience. Media & Digital Marketing: Develop and schedule visually engaging content for social media and email campaigns. Create digital and print marketing materials, including promotional banners, graphics, product videos, postcards, billboards, and advertisements, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Analyze website and marketing performance metrics to optimize conversion rates.

Jewelry product photography (photograph all types of jewelry with different materials and finishes). Advanced photo editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar). Email marketing experience (Klaviyo) Understanding of e-commerce UX/UI best practices for desktop and mobile functionality. SEO knowledge for optimizing product pages and website content. Experience with social media & digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Pinterest, Google Analytics). Order fulfillment & customer service experience in an e-commerce setting. Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, Liquid) is a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Experience: Prior experience managing a Shopify jewelry or fashion store. Portfolio demonstrating product photography and e-commerce work. Understanding of luxury branding and high-end retail marketing strategies. Knowledge and understanding of the jewelry industry and familiarity with specific artists.

The Wine Shop Assistant oversees the daily operations and profitability of Good Drop Wine Shoppe. Will be working with and reporting to the owner/proprietor. The Assistant will be required to work with customers that come to the store and assist them with the items or products that they are looking for. Must have knowledge of the wine industry (at least 1 year's experience required) and be able to inform customers in a professional manner about the products that are available and products that are desired. They will be required to wear many hats on any given shift, while working closely with management on setting and meeting goals. They will also be expected to create purchase orders for wholesalers, as well as receive the inventory into the store.
